Spaghetti Olio Aglio Recipe

This is a simple and quick recipe, it can be done in about 20 minutes. Very suitable for dinner or lunch, for everyone who doesn't have much time to cook, even for beginner cook! :)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 spoon of Salt
1 spoon of dried parsley (fresh one is better)

Chopped 8pc of Garlic
Sliced 1 or 2 Chili (remove the seed)

1/2 spoon of Black Pepper
200 gr Spaghetti, boil for about
10 min with 1 lt water then drain it
50 ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Zen in kitchen, a little help from little chef


How to make :
  • Heat a cooking pan with a drizzle of olive oil
  • Add garlic until it's fragrance, then add chili
  • Add the spaghetti, salt, black pepper, parsley and the rest of olive oil
  • Stir until it's even, done!
Note : You can add some protein, chicken and sea food are best. But processed meats are fine too.. :)


Result: YUM!

With protein added, i used diced hamburger

    Una, thanks for sharing this. This made me eager to make one too! *in shaa Allaah.* But I don't have the dried parsley, some 'proteins' and Extra Virgin Olive Oil either.. Huaaah.. means gotta get some grocery shopping!

  2. Ameennn... It's easy, i'm sure u can make it! The parsley it's just for garnish. You can skip the protein, or try using frozen meatballs or sausages. Antoher idea, for vegetarian the protein can be change with champignon mushroom!
